LinkedIn connection request turns into alleged threat of employee 'poaching'; CEO's warning sparks controversy

CHENNAI: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of the company got a Connection request on linkedIn, and she literally had no idea, that it was warning request for stealing the opponent (superior person) from the company.

The Co-founder of the Marketing Agency Simple Strat, " Ali Schwanke" uploded a screenshot of Optima Solutions CEO Carlos Pantoja's threat on X and joked that LinkedIn is now coming with 'threats'.

Schwanke also wrote that, "Do not try to poach my Company's employees or else you wont be having employees for yourself"

Stark CEO 'Cat Noone' also commented on the post and suggested that, ' the type of aggression should have been reserved for the people whom you know on the basis', and I could understand if you are personally known to each other "but this kind of aggression is somethin" she wrote.

Carlos had better and huge oppurtunities to do steve jobs, but Schwanke said he missed them all.

The CEO also said that she blurs out the face of people and their name but therefore, also felt that "it was too much work for an unwarranted threat".
