CBRE opens offices in Chandigarh, Indore, Coimbatore, Lucknow

The announcement is part of CBRE’s growth strategy to serve clientele in these rapidly growing tier-II markets closely.

CHENNAI: CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd, a real estate consulting firm, has announced the commencement of its new offices in Chandigarh, Indore, Coimbatore and Lucknow to strengthen its presence in India. The announcement is part of CBRE’s growth strategy to serve clientele in these rapidly growing tier-II markets closely.

The four new offices will be positioned to introduce CBRE’s multidisciplinary offerings in northern and central India empowering clients to access customised regional expertise. The four newly set up offices will accommodate a talent pool of over 400 employees in the next two years with skill sets, and relevant experience and carry forward CBRE’s winning workplace culture in these new markets.

With the latest expansion, CBRE will now have 15 offices in India, apart from a presence in over 80 cities in India. “It is our intent to bring in local, regional experts, who are uniquely placed to manage clients and achieve sustainable results,” said Anshuman Magazine, Chairman-CEO - India, Southeast Asia, Middle East & Africa, CBRE.
