CHENNAI: Apparel Manufacturers of India is set to host Advait 7.0 in Chennai next month from 2nd to 4th. Apparel Manufacturers of India (AMI) continues to grow as it tries to bridge the gap between manufacturers, retailers, and MBO’s.

Over the last few years, the trade fair has seen presence from global retailers from countries like Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Mauritius, and Dubai, highlighting how global retailers are seeing a great market opportunity in India. Advait – the flagship platform of AMI, has been organising this zonal trade fair for more than 10 years – targeting small MBO’s, retailers, LFS, and Chain Stores, from metros as well as tier 2 and tier 3 cities from across southern India and Goa.

Advait acts as a confluence where brands across India are getting the right market opportunity to showcase, and buyers are getting filtered and verified manufacturers to buy from. Dharmesh Nandu, founder, AMI, said, “The apparel market has changed a lot in the past few years, with online shopping growing. We want to strengthen the offline retail space, to keep a balance and provide support to industry players.”
