Tiger Shroff, often praised for his excellent dancing skills and high action sequences, is a fitness enthusiast and boasts of an enviable physique. Trained in dance and martial arts, his flexible body always manage to wow fans. Tiger follows a strict diet and workout regime.

“It’s like going through the grind every day. The focus is to get better than yesterday. At the end of the day, it’s all about being consistent. My work out consists of a mix of everything. I do a lot of cardio and weight training for strength. And, for flexibility, it’s gymnastics and martial arts. I don’t like to miss out on my workouts and train all seven days of a week. Also, it’s important to eat the right food,” he said.

The Heropanti actor is also passionate about dancing and football, and practices kickboxing to give his body the elasticity that we admire in his dance.

“When time permits, I take action-fighting classes from my instructor to improve flexibility and alertness,” revealed the actor. He watches his carb intake and doesn’t consume anything past 7 pm. “I’m on what you call a caveman’s diet. I stay away from items like rice and grains, and all forms of sugar. It’s mostly fruits, vegetables and animal protein. Having said that, I do have my cheat days. I love to gorge on ice creams and sweets in general. But, my cheat day is only once a week, every Sunday,” Tiger stated.
