YouTube is my guru when it comes to workouts and exercises. I follow the exercise and yoga classes of 2-3 YouTube fitness instructors. I workout in the evening from 5 pm to 6 pm. I start the session with some dance movements by Caleb Marshall. He posts guided workout videos consisting of dancing to high-tempo pop music in his YouTube channel called The Fitness Marshall. After the warm-up, I directly get into abs workouts. There are almost 10-12 exercises and I do each for 30 seconds. If I am in a good mood to push myself, I extend each exercise time to 1 minute.
For my abs workouts, I follow Susana Yabar’s workout videos. She has created separate exercises for each part of the body. Her abs workout sessions are extremely helpful. If you follow it consistently, you can see good results. Towards the end of my exercise session, I do yoga -- instead of sticking to 2-3 asanas daily, I keep doing different asanas for 1 minute. Since I don’t do any weight training, I make sure to do cardio exercises like walking. I follow the Walk at Home channel created by Leslie Sansone. We just have to watch her video and walk with her. It is so much fun.
Though I am not a big foodie, I eat my meals at the correct time. To increase my immunity, I daily have a juice made of amla, beetroot and black grapes in an empty stomach.
