Large monitors have been one of the most significant gadget trends to emerge in the 2020s. WFH and hybrid lifestyles fuelled the demand for large screens for complex work flows that often required one or two large screens in your home office or at your work desk. Gamers have also gravitated to larger screens for more immersive gameplay.

BenQ’s new MOBIUZ EX271UZ is positioned as the world’s first ‘Game Art Monitor’. BenQ believes that this large screen is crafted to preserve creator intent while delivering immersive OLED performance.

A FICCI EY report in 2025 suggested that India’s online gamer base is close to 500 million. There are various estimates that peg this number at 550 to 590 million, making India one of the largest online gaming markets in the world. The EX271UZ is clearly aimed at India’s growing base of premium gamers who are into competitive play, and seek visually driven experiences.

This gaming experience is built around a massive 27-inch, 4 th Gen QD-OLED panel. It combines the brand’s proprietary colour science and pixel-level contrast control.

Hardware highlights include a 4K UHD resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, 0.03ms GtG response time, 99% Display P3 coverage, Remote Control, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, and HDMI 2.1 support with eARC. This screen is geared for both PC and console gamers. BenQ is playing up ‘Color Shuttle’, what it calls the industry’s first game-aware colour optimisation system. It’s powered by a deep-learning engine trained on a proprietary AAA Game Art Color Database.

‘Color Shuttle’ features 120+ curated colour profiles that automatically adapt colour, tone, and contrast to each game’s art style - eliminating manual calibration while maintaining artistic authenticity.

The screen’s visual depth gets a boost with BenQ’s ‘Spectral Color Refinement’ that delivers smooth tonal gradation and fine texture detail, while pixel-level dynamic contrast ensures realistic highlights and shadow detail across diverse game environments.

If you’re looking for a gaming monitor and don’t mind the premium price tag, BenQ’s MOBIUZ EX271UZ ought to be on your radar (Rs 89,998).
