Anna was a 9-year-old village girl who got late admission into a school at a nearby city.

On her first day, Anna was made fun by other students for wearing simple clothes but soon, the teacher entered the class and introduced Anna to everyone. Then the teacher told the students to be ready for a surprise test and made them write down the seven wonders of the world. When everyone, except Anna, submitted their answer sheets, the teacher enquired, “What happened dear? Don’t worry, just write what you know as other students learned it earlier.” Anna replied, “There are so many to write and I don’t know which ones to pick!”. The teacher read the answers of others and was happy that they wrote the answers correctly. Picking up Anna’s paper, the teacher read, “The seven wonders are – to be able to see, to be able to hear, to be able to feel, to laugh, to think, to be kind, to love!” The teacher and the whole class were speechless. A girl from a village reminded them of the precious gifts that God had given them.

MORAL: Value and trust what you have. God has given you all the strength to reach your goals
