CHENNAI: With the festival of Deepavali inching closer and everyone getting into the mood, a video of women using just nails and threads making a vibrant rangoli on the occasion has now gone viral on social media.
Sharing the video, the caption of the post read, "In the chilling rain of Delhi, it took me two days to complete this one. For a long time, I was in search of something extravagant for this Diwali and I'm convinced this string art is just perfect for that. Your Diwali is going to be a little extra this time #diwali2022 #rangoli." (sic)
The video features her painting a board black, drawing the design with a pencil and hammering nails onto it. Then, she carefully with colorful threads to create rangoli themed on the occasion.
Posted a few days back, the video has garnered 3.8 million views, 372 likes, and 1,265 comments on the platform
