CHENNAI: Owls are known for being night birds and considered as one of the most interseting living creatures. One such picture has gone viral where the wide-eyed round faced owl getting camouflaged on a tree.

In the photo, the feathers of the owl are of the same colour and also blends with the branches of the tree in the background, and appears like the tree has eyes.

The photo was shared by a user named Buitengebieden on Twitter, with the caption, "Camouflage." Within few hours, the viral post has amassed over 1.3 lakh likes and has been reshared for more than 12,000 times and received numerous comments.

One of the user wrote, "Dang...I legit thought that was a carving in the tree, until I scrolled in. Amazing."
