Talking to DT Next, director Elan said, “I wrote this script during the lockdown and we will go on floors in February. The film belongs to the coming-of-age genre, which is new territory for Harish Kalyan. The story will track the life story of a man from his school to college and so on.”

While Pyaar Prema Kaadhal, a musical had 12 songs Elan said that this album will outnumber PPK. “We have more than 12 songs and Yuvan’s music will be the backbone for the story,” he added.

Talking about the cast the director said that he is auditioning for other roles. “We have time till February till the film goes on the floors. This will be a double-heroine subject. We will update once the cast has been finalised,” he told us.

Elan clarified that this film will entertain the family audience as well. “PPK was about live-in relationship and it struck a chord with youngsters. This film will have emotions and will attract family audiences too,” he concluded. Produced by Screen Scene Entertainment, the first look of the film will be out soon.
