The primary objective of the SICA Culinary Competition and Exhibition 2016 is to establish a professional platform where culinary professionals in the sub-continent can showcase their skills, creative talent, learn and share best practices and network in a collaborative environment.
This event is supported by ITPO (India Trade Promotion Organization) and TNTPO (Tamil Nadu Trade Promotion Organization).
Participants will be from top culinary institutions around the country as well as international professionals. Top chefs from national and international restaurants will be a part of the jury.
