Yashika Aannand, who rose to fame with Bigg Boss 2 has been spottedhanging out with her co-star Umapathy Ramaiah.

The son of National-award winning actor Thambi Ramaiah and Yashika shared screen space in Maniyar Kudumbam and will be seen in another upcoming film titled Siruthai Siva. When contacted Thambi Ramaiah, said, “They are good friends and Yashika is more like our family friend. Umapathi and Yashika hang out with their group of friends and that is when the picture was clicked.” The actor said that his son is currently focused on his directorial Siruthai Siva. “He will be taking off to London for the post production work of the film. Moreover, I am looking for a potential bride for Umapathy. He is likely to get married this year,” he added.

However, Yashika didn’t deny or confirm the rumours. “I am aware of this. I think it’s okay for people to assume we are in a relationship or otherwise. I have known him for two years and he is a good friend,”said the actress.

Umapathy was last seen in Cheran’s Thirumanam, which garnered a mixed response from the audience.

Yashika made her debut with Dhuruvangal 16 and is currently shooting for Ivan Dhan Uthamman with Mahat. She also has Raja Bheema with Arav.
