Virat Kohli wishes Vikram Prabhu’s son on his birthday

Virat Kohli, who led the Indian team that whitewashed West Indies with a series win in the Caribbean on Monday, took his time out in a video message to wish actor Vikram Prabhu’s son a happy birthday. The great grandson of the late legendary actor Sivaji Ganesan shares his name with the Indian skipper.

Vikram Prabhu on Tuesday took to social media and shared the video. Talking to DTNext, Vikram Prabhu said, “That was a sweet gesture from Virat Kohli. The Virat in my house is a huge cricket fan. In fact, it took me an hour to console him when India lost to New Zealand in the World Cup semi-final. So, when he saw the message of the Indian cricket captain, he got super excited.”


Vikram Prabhu added that his family has always loved the game. “With Virat, it is now four generations of crazy cricket fans in the family,” he smiled. Vikram Prabhu is currently shooting for Mani Ratnam’s production venture Vaanam Kottatum, directed by Dhana. The film has Sarath Kumar, Radhikaa Sarathkumar, Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, Madonna Sebastian, Aishwarya Rajeshin important roles.
