CHENNAI: Police have launched a hunt for unidentified miscreants who allegedly hurled stones at the house of actor-producer Vishal at Anna Nagar on Tuesday night. Police sources said the miscreants had come in a car and had carried out the act when there was no public movement on the street.

Glass panes of one of the windows were slightly damaged, after which people in the house rushed outside to find a car speeding away. Based on a complaint, Anna Nagar police have registered a case and are investigating. Officials are securing CCTV footages from the area to ascertain the identity of the vehicle used by the miscreants.
