STR’s Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu to stream on OTT from Oct 13

CHENNAI: Actor Silambarasan TR's gangster flick Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, which had its theatrical release on September 15 will now be available on OTT platform, Amazon Prime from October 15.

The production house on Tuesday took to their official Instagram and made the announcement, "take an unvarnished look at the gangster world #VendhuThanindhathuKaaduOnPrime, Oct 13 #VTKOnPrimeFromOct13 #VTKOnPrime @SilambarasanTR_ @menongautham @arrahman @IshariKGanesh @VelsFilmIntl." (sic)

Directed by Gautham Vasudev Menonand with dialogues by B Jeyamohan, VTK marks STR's fourth collaboration with GVM. The film is a gangster drama that tells the life journey of a youngster Muthu (STR) who comes to Mumbai in a penurious condition to take over the maximum city's underworld.

The film also stars Siddhi Idnani, Radikaa Sarathkumar, Neeraj Madhav, Siddique, and Aangelina Abraham. Cinematography is done by Siddhartha Nuni and Gautham Menon's frequent collaborator Antony is the editor of the film. Oscar-winning musician AR Rahman has composed the music for the film.
