The latest update is that actress Shriya Saran, who was last seen in NTR: Kathanayakudu, has also joined the sets of the film. Reliable sources say that the actress will be playing the role of Ajay Devgn’s wife in the film. “Shriya’s role will add a lot of value to the script. She has already begun shooting for the film and she has many combination scenes with the two leads,” the source adds. Earlier, it was reported that RRR will hit the theatres on July 30, 2020. However, the film is nowhere near completion and the makers have decided to postpone it to October, this year.
