The latest news is that MGR Magan has been postponed to April and an official announcement on the release is expected to be made soon. Directed by Ponram, MGR Magan has Sathyaraj and Mirnalini Ravi in important roles. Sasikumar also has Rajavamsam awaiting its release. MGR Magan also has Saranya Ponvannan, Samuthirakani and Singampuli in prominent roles. Vinoth Rathinasamy has been roped in for cinematography, Antony Daasan for music, Vivek Harshan for editing and Durairaj as the art director.
