The film is currently in the pre-production stage and the shooting is expected to kickstart soon. Now, we hear that popular actress Ramya Krishnan has been roped in to play a pivotal role in the film. A source close to the team says, “Ramya Krishnan will be reprising the character played by Tabu in the original. Thiagarajan initially approached Tabu for the remake as well. However, she turned down the offer.”
