The second look of Vijay’s Master was unveiled by the makers on Wednesday. In the poster, Vijay is seen standing in the midst of students and dressed in black, turning around and instructing them to be silent.

However, within few minutes of its release, netizens slammed the poster design and called out for plagiarising it from the American TV Series Homeland’s poster in which lead star Claire Danes in a red cloak turns to look behind her, amidst people dressed in black. Tollywood fans too later took to social media and compared it with Nani’s first look poster from Gentleman and said how Master’s second look resembles the former.

The makers haven’t reacted to these allegations yet. Produced by Xavier Britto’s XB Creators, Master is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and has music by Anirudh Ravichander. The film will hit the screens in summer this year.
