CHENNAI: Photos of a grand set from Naga Chaitanya’s next film, tentatively titled NC24, have been leaked online, generating hype among fans. The leaked images showcase a cave set constructed at Annapurna studio in Hyderabad, designed by art director Sri Nagendra Tangala also handled for the film Thandel. It covers half an acre and cost around Rs10 crore to build.

This pan-India project, NC24 is directed by Karthik Dandu and is billed to be a mythological thriller. Jointly produced by BVSN Prasad and Sukumar, Neil D Cunha handles the camera. Naveen Nooli will take care of the cuts while the music will be composed by Ajaneesh B Loknath.

He has also mentioned that the film will be heavy on VFX and will be in the adventure and treasure-hunting genre. The film is being planned for a multi-language release, targeting a pan-India audience.

The team has completed 18 days of shooting. While details about the full cast are still arising, reports suggest that Jamtara and Laapataa Ladies actor Sparsh Shrivastava is set to play a crucial role in the film. There are also speculations about Meenakshi Chaudhary potentially joining the cast as the female lead.

An official release date hasn’t been announced, some reports suggest the film may be released by the end of the year or for Sankranti 2026. Other details about the film are kept under wraps.
