CHENNAI: Much to the excitement of fans, director Lokesh Kanagaraj is joining hands with actor Allu Arjun for his next film. The announcement video was released on Wednesday, and shooting is expected to begin this year.

Backed by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar, under the banner Mythri Moviemakers, Anirudh Ravichander will compose the music. This marks Allu Arjun's 23rd film in his cinematic journey and marks Lokesh's debut in the Telugu film industry. 

Other details about the film are kept under wraps and will be unveiled by the makers in the coming days.
