Karthick Naren to direct Dhanush 43

Dhanush, who is currently shooting for Mari Selvaraj’s Karnan, has signed another film that will be helmed by Karthick Naren. To be produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, GV Prakash Kumar will be composing the music for the film.

Karthik announced the development on his social media page. He wrote, “Extremely happy to join hands with Dhanush sir &amp; @SathyaJyothi_ films for #D43 .. Really kicked about this one.”(sic) Touted to be a murder mystery, Dhanush’s film with Karthick Naren will hit the screens in October.

Dhanush, meanwhile, has completed shooting for his gangster flick that is directed by Karthik Subbaraj and is in Tirunelveli for Karnan that will be wrapped up in February. Dhanush also has Atrangi Re lined up for 2020. This movie stars Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan and is helmed by Aanand L Rai. Dhanush was last seen on the silver screen in Pattas. The movie revolves around a thief from the slums of Chennai. Karthick Naren’s directorial Mafia with Arun Vijay and Prasanna in lead roles will hit the screens on February 21.
