Recently, we reported that the actor will be teaming up with director PS Mithran for a project, and will be seen playing a dual role in the film.
Now, we hear that, the Kaithi star will be joining hands with director M Muthaiah, with whom he had earlier worked with in Komban. “Muthaiah narrated one-liner script to Karthi over phone and he was impressed with it. Suriya’s 2D Entertainment have expressed interest to bankroll the project. An official announcement will be made soon,” a source says. It is worth noting that Karthi has also agreed to work on the sequel of Kaithi with Lokesh Kanagaraj.
