Jayam Ravi’s Bhoomi to hit the screens on May 1

Jayam Ravi’s Bhoomi marks the third collaboration of the actor with director Lakshman,with whom he had earlier worked in films like Romeo Juliet and Bogan.

Going by the film’s first look posters, which were released a few months ago, there were reports that the film revolves around farmers’ issue and Ravi will be seen playing an agriculturist. The latest update is that Bhoomi is all set to hit the screens on May 1, on the occasion of Labour Day. The shoot of the film is almost done and the makers are nearing the post production stage. Bankrolled by Jayam Ravi’s mother-in-law Sujatha Vijayakumar under the banner Home Movie Makers, Nidhhi Agerwal will be seen playing the female lead.
