CHENNAI: National award-winning composer GV Prakash Kumar and his wife Saindhavi are going through a separation. A source close to the couple confirmed this news. Other sources in the industry say that GV and Saindhavi, who were together for 11 years are in plans to get a divorce and an announcement is expected to be made on this soon. We also heard that the couple has been going through compatibility issues for quite some time now, and has been living apart from each other for six months now. However, both the families are trying their best to reconcile the differences between the couple.

GV and Saindhavi tied the knot in 2013 and have a two-year-old daughter named Anvi. They celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary last year. Saindhavi took to social media and wrote, “Thank you for being an amazing friend, awesome husband, and an incredible father to our daughter. Thank you for being the most amazing human being that you are.” On the workfront, GV is working on his production venture Kingston, a trilogy. He also will compose music for Sudha Kongara’s film, which will be his 100th as a composer.
