Meanwhile, the first look poster of Doctor became an instant hit on social media. In the film’s poster, we could see Sivakarthikeyan dressed in a formal attire sitting, with blood-stained gloves and asurgical scalpel. The poster has raised the curiosity of film enthusiasts. The movie is also produced by Sivakarthikeyan and KJR Studios and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The film is reportedly based on kidney racket in different parts of the state. Doctor stars Priyanka Arul Mohan, Vinay, Yogi Babu, Ilavarasu, and Archana in pivotal roles. Anirudh is composing music for the film.
