CHENNAI: Since Friday morning, speculations from Mumbai have been abuzz that actors Dhanush and Mrunal Thakur are all set to tie the knot on Valentine’s Day.

The couple have been reportedly dating for quite some time now and has decided to get married in a private wedding ceremony on February 14. The couple reportedly met in Mumbai, and rumours surfaced when Dhanush attended the screening of Mrunal’s Son of Sardaar 2.

The couple were spotted hanging out together on several occasions. Now, with the latest speculations doing the rounds, DT Next learns that the rumour mill surrounding the marriage is mostly untrue.

“Dhanush is not in the country right now and is travelling with his family. These are all baseless, and the wedding is unlikely to happen. As Mrunal said, they could be good friends and nothing more,” said a tinseltown source.
