CHENNAI: Taking the internet and fans by shock, actor Dhanush and his wife Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth decided to part ways after 18 years of marriage and made their separation announcement in January this year.
However, unverified reports surfacing on social media platforms suggested that the couple has decided to put their divorce on hold and give the relationship a second chance.
And, if several media reports are to be believed, Dhanush and Aishwaryaa are ready to "make things work."
Sources close to the couple told DT Next, "There has been no confirmation about the same from the duo."
While several were happy over the news, a section of people urged everyone to respect their privacy.
"I hope it’s really true about Dhanush and Aishwarya not taking divorce. I wish it would have been the same for chaysam too????. But at least got one good news," a tweet read following viral reports.
For the unversed, Aishwaryaa is the elder daughter of megastar Rajinikanth. She shares two sons named Yatra and Linga with Dhanush.
