Report suggests that Anil Nedumangad was in Thodupuzha to shoot ‘Peace’ starring Joju George. During a break, Anil and his friends went for a swim in Malankara dam. But, he swam into deeper waters and was swept away by currents.
Rescue team, however, pulled him out and rushed him to a private hospital. He was unconscious when admitted but doctors later declared him dead.
Anil Nedumangadu started his career as a TV anchor and made his acting debut with 'Njan Steve Lopez'. He acted in some notable movies such as ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’, ‘Kammatti Paadam’, ‘Njan Steve Lopez’ and ‘Porinju Mariyam Jose’.
