Andrea to play the leading lady in the Suriya starrer 'Vaadivaasal'

Vaadivaasal is adopted from the novel of the same name, which Vetrimaaran in an interview has said was the dream project of his guru director Balu Mahendra.

Known for choosiness and versatile acting, Andrea Jeremiah is set to pair up with Suriya in Vaadivaasal.

This is her first collaboration with Suriya and the second with the film's director Vetri Maaran.

She had earlier played an important character as a pair for Ameer in the director's Vada Chennai.

Applause poured in for her character.

Vaadivaasal is adopted from the novel of the same name, which Vetrimaaran in an interview has said was the dream project of his guru director Balu Mahendra.

Bankrolled by Kalaipuli S Thanu who is riding high on the success of Asuran is teaming up with Vetrimaaran consecutively.

Vetrimaaran right now is working on the Soori project which is an adaptation of the novel Ajnabi. Suriya awaits his film Soorarai Pottru's release.

It is in the hand of the pandemic and vaccine when the Vaadivaasal go on floors.
