The title of hindi hit film Andhadhun's tamil remake has been announced today. The film starring Prashanth in lead role is titled as Andhagan. The makers had earlier said that the title would be revealed on January 1.

In this movie, Prashant plays the role of a piano player. Producer Thiagarajan surprised everyone by revealing that Prashant is a trainee pianist who has already studied at the London College of Music.

The movie features Karthick, Simran and Yogibabu in important roles.

The movie is produced by Veteran actor Thiyagaraajan, directed by 'Ponmagal vanthaal' fame J J Frederick and music scored by Santhosh Narayanan.

Andhadhun starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu and Radhika Apte was released in October 2018 . The film won three national awards for Best Actor, Best Screenplay and Best Hindi Film.

This film is expected to be a come back for actor Prashanth, who was at his peak in the 90s.
