According to the order, representatives from Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI), Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), Tamil Nadu Travel Mart, South Indian Hotels and Restaurants Association, Tamil Nadu Tour, Travel and Hospitality Association, Tamil Nadu State Council, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Confederation of Indian Industries, South Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, South Indian MICE Association, SKAL International, South Tamil Nadu Association of Travel and Tourism, Tourist Bus Operators Association, Approved Tour Guides Association and Air Passengers Association of India will be members of the committee. The members will have a span of two years.
