Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi offers prayers at Tiruchendur temple

Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi offered prayers at Murugan temple in Tiruchendur, Thoothukudi district in the early morning of Tuesday.

The Governor, along with his wife Laxmi Ravi, was received with a ‘poorna kumbha mariyadhai’, and after offering prayers he left for ISRO complex at Mahendragiri in Tirunelveli.

The Governor, also the Chancellor of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, visited the MSU campus and paid floral tributes to the statue of Manonmaniam Sundaranar, and planted tree sapling.

He also interacted with ex-servicemen of the district and discussed the ways to improve their situation and life of ex-servicemen. He also visited the Departments of Communication, Criminology, and Statistics and enquired about the facilities being provided.
