Month-long Ramzan fast begins on February 19

CHENNAI: The crescent marking the beginning of the holy month of Ramzan was sighted in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday evening.

The month-long observance will conclude with the celebration of Eid-ul-Fitr after 30 days of fasting.
