A class 11 student belonging to Coimbatore was baulked on her way back home after celebrating the birthday of her male friend, who was with her.

The girl and her friend were celebrating at the park in Coimbatore's Seernayakanpalayam.

While ambling back home the duo were apprehended by a 6-men gang.

The male-friend was intimidated and the girl was forced to disrobe and the men shot her in their mobile phone and threatened her to docility and then sexually assaulted her.

But the girl mustered courage to inform this to her mother after that traumatic experience. 

The complaint was lodged at the R S Puram police station. Of the six, four were arrested, all of them belonged to Seernayakanpalayam. 

They were identified as Rahul (21), Prakash (22), Karthikeyan (28), Narayanamurthy (32). The hunt is on for the other two.
