CHENNAI: Four persons on two-wheelers, including a couple, were injured in separate mishaps while following TVK leader Vijay’s car in Tirupur on Thursday.

Several fans followed the actor-politician’s car as he headed for Coimbatore, after concluding the campaign at Vijayamangalam in Erode. The couple fell off their motorbike near Pallagoundampalayam in Uthukuli, while two others were injured when a two-wheeler rode into a crowd that had gathered to see Vijay.
