CHENNAI: As the examinations for the school students have completed, the summer vacation for students will begin from April 24.

According to a Daily Thanthi report, the Education Department has announced that the reopening date will be given out later.

The election results will be out on June 4. There are reports that schools are likely to re-open only after the election result.

However, it is said that there is a possibility of extending the date of re-opening of schools.
