RM Babu Murugavel, News Bureau Coordinator, AIADMK, filed a complaint with Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Sathyabrata Sahoo demanding action on DMK cadre.   “A huge quantity of meat and vegetables were purchased by them and made arrangement for the preparation of biryani in the outskirts of the constituency headquarters and made more than 50,000 packets for each constituency. It is a clear violation of MCC,” said Babu Murugavel.  He also filed another complaint to CEO stating that in few pockets of Aravakurichi voters were detained by DMK candidate Senthil Balaji. “In villages such as Thottakurichi and Velayuthapalayam, voters were illegally restrained by Balaji,” he added.
