Retired Judge Arumugasamy's commission to probe the death of the late Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has reportedly summoned the Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam to appear before the commission on December 20.
The commission has also summoned the Health Minister C Vijayabaskar and the former minister C Ponnaiyan.
During his tint outside AIADMK in 2017, O Panneerselvam demanded the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami to order a probe to investigate the death of J Jayalalithaa.
