The team stopped an Innova car in which they found around 30 idols, including panchaloka ones, kept in around 10 boxes. When the officials conducted inquiry with Rajendran, who was in the car, he failed to provide prompt reply. So, they seized the car as well as the idols. Subsequently, they were taken to the RDO Sathya Narayanan for an inquiry. Later, the idols were deposited in the treasury.
