Tamil Thalaivas remains winless at home

With both teams virtually out of contention for the ‘Super Playoffs’, it was a battle for the fifth spot in Zone B. It was also a contest between two leading raiders Ajay Thakur and Rohit Kumar in which the latter guided his team to victory with 17 points.

The teams were separated by a nine-point margin with Bengaluru Bulls leading 19-10 at the end of half time. The Rohit Kumar led side rode on the momentum it gained at end of the 1st half. It completely dominated the middle phase of the game scoring 22 points but conceding only three. To add to its credit, it had inflicted three all outs on the Tamil Thalaivas. A hopeless performance from the home side’s defence once again ensured a winless run.
