CHENNAI: India dominated the proceedings of session 1 in the second day of the fifth test against England.

Shubhman Gill and Rohit Sharma remain unbeaten at 101 and 102 respectively. India has scored 264 for the loss of one wicket, taking the lead to 46 runs.
