JP Nadda took to his Twitter handle and said that after displaying preliminary symptoms, he had got himself tested and the report came out positive. "My condition is okay and on doctor's advice, am in home isolation and following all directions." He also requested all those who came into his contact to get themselves tested.

It is to be noted that JP NAdda had visited West Bengal to address a rally as part of the election campaign and the bullet-proof vehicle in which Nadda was travelling was attacked by the alleged Trinamool Congress-backed hooligans.
