Traffic changes on Greenways Road–DGS Dinakaran Salai from Oct 1

All vehicles coming from Adyar will take left at Greenways road junction, take right turn at Kamarajar Road, Srinivasa Avenue to reach RK Mutt Road and reach their destination.

CHENNAI: As Chennai Metro Rail project work is going to be carried out on RK Mutt road, certain traffic arrangement will be implemented on Greenways road - DGS Dinakaran Salai junction. The following traffic arrangements will be implemented on trial basis for a period of one week from 1 October to 7 October.

All vehicles coming from Adyar will take left at Greenways road junction, take right turn at Kamarajar Road, Srinivasa Avenue to reach RK Mutt Road and reach their destination. (During peak hours commercial vehicles coming from Adyar will be diverted at 4th main road near Malar Hospital).

Due to this temporary traffic diversion a stretch of Kamarajar Salai from Srinivasa Avenue - Kamarajar Salai junction up to Greenways road junction will be made as ‘One Way’ and the entire stretch of Srinivasa Avenue and School Road will also be made as ‘One Way’ traffic. No vehicle is allowed to park on the entire of stretch Kamarajar Salai, Srinivasa Avenue junction and school road.
