There are three categories for the music contest — amateur BEEs (less than 5 years of training/performing) – 3-8 min. rendering of your favourite Beethoven’s composition, professional BEEs (well trained and performing) – 3-8 min. rendering of your favourite Beethoven’s composition and versatile BEEs – 3-8 min. rendering of your creative interpretation of Beethoven’s composition. Participants can submit their entries for any of the categories. Interested musicians should make a video recording of music rendering, publish the video on your social media and tag Goethe Institut Chennai. The final date of submission is December 5. Apart from the contest, there will be a virtual musical week from December 11 to 17 celebrating the Beethoven.
