Ex-Parliamentarian Era. Sezhiyan will preside over the function.  Former Tamil Nadu Minister and MLA Durai Murugan will also be present at the programme. Former Tamil Nadu Health Minister Dr. H.V. Hande will receive the first copy. MDMK Party General Secretary Vaiko will make a special address about the book in the function. Former Union Minister S.R. Balasubramanian, Ex-MPs V.V. Saminathan, T. Pandiyan, M. Krishnasamy and L.Ganesan will offer felicitations at the function. After the release of the book, the author  will address the gathering. The event will take place at the Rani Seethai Hall.
