CHENNAI: Tiruvottiyur police arrested 19-year-old youth and a 17-year-old boy on Sunday for smuggling ganja by train.
Around 7.16 kg of ganja was seized. On May 31, they found them loitering about and questioned them.
While searching their bag, police found ganja.
Yuvaraj (19) was arrested, and the minor was produced before the Juvenile Justice Board.
