Tamilnadu Petro posts Rs 17.64 cr Q3 net profit

CHENNAI: Tamilnadu Petroproducts (TPL) recorded a profit of Rs 17.64 crore for the Q3 ended December 31, 2025 compared to Rs 10.31 crore in the Q3 ended December 31, 2024.

It posted a revenue of Rs 426.89 crore compared to Rs 468.26 crore in the preceding quarter and Rs 465.13 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. EBIDTA achieved 9 per cent in Q3 of FY25-26.

The Company has incurred Rs 0.01 crore during the quarter towards material damage and plant restoration activities (Michaung cyclone – Dec’2023). This has been recognised as an exceptional item.

Ashwin Muthiah, vice chairman, TPL, said: “Despite a marginal dip in turnover, our bottom line has grown significantly compared to the same period last year. While global headwinds persist, we remain focused on disciplined cost management, material optimisation, and driving continuous improvements across our operations.”
