DT Next Tech | Oppo’s all new tablet has landed

The Pad 5 comes in two shades including our favourite – Aurora Pink, with a refined translucentsheen. It’s also available in an elegant shade of black. The 12.1-inch display (2800 x 1980 pixels/ 284 PPI) with a 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision is the headline feature.

OPPO has packed this tab with an immersive display backed by a robust battery, pitching it as the perfect Content consumption device.

The display hits a peak brightness of 900 nits, its geared for those binge watch marathons and gaming sessions on the go. The quad speakers add to its entertainment creds. We like the clean design and the narrow bezels.

The device is powered by a Dimensity 7300 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM. The device houses a big 10,050mAh battery with support for 33W SuperVOOC wired fast charging. You also get two 8MP cameras (on the front and rear).

This tab comes in two internal storage options (128GB for the Wi-Fi version and 256GB for the 5G + Wi-Fi version). The OPPO Pad 5 is a great addition to OPPO’s tablet portfolio and one of the best Android tabs in its class. (Rs 26,999 onwards)
