CHENNAI: Following the latest trend of fusion food, blogger Shikha Shetty discovered another such perplexing fusion dish that is sure to agitate viewers.
The blogger created a chocolate chip paratha with vanilla ice cream as a garnish. On Instagram, the video has received almost 1,93,000 views. Shetty can be seen in the video stuffing chocolate chips with dough made from whole wheat. She adds vanilla ice cream and drizzles some chocolate syrup on top once the paratha is properly baked.
People were not amused to see paratha, chocolate, and ice cream combined as most frequently like each of these alone but not together.
The blogger wrote alongside the video, "This combination will blow your mind! Chocolate Paratha with Vanilla Icecream & Chocolate Chips Try it and thank me later."
A user wrote "Only you can come up with such unique combinations!!!!! I shall definitely try this and let you know." Another user wrote, "Yuck. Neverrrr." "Pathetic act,” wrote the next.
